Your Role:

As our Tea Experience Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our tea space and culture center, introducing visitors to the enchanting world of tea artistry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and engaging with visitors to enhance their experience.
• Making personalised tea recommendations based on individual preferences.
• Curating and maintaining a selection of books in our library area for guests to enjoy.
• Hosting tea-tasting sessions and educational workshops.
• Ensuring the tea space is inviting, serene, and reflective of our brand ethos.

Your Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• An appreciation for culture and lifelong learning
• A deep passion for tea and a comprehensive understanding of its varieties and brewing techniques is a bonus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A knack for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a managerial or customer-facing role is preferred.
