Teacher Aide (Ref. GTN)

# Accessible from Choa Chu Kang MRT and Bukit Panjang LRT

# Salary $1800 per month

# 5-day work week: Mondays to Thursdays, 7:30 am to 5:00pm, Fridays: 7:30 am to 4:30pm

Our client is a government education institute. They are looking for someone to join the team as aTeacher Aide (6 months contract).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support for general office in daily operations and on project basis
• Assist teachers in managing and preparing resources for student learning in various programmes & activities
• Provide admin support to teacher(s) during classroom lessons when necessary
• Perform data entry, checking and consolidation of documents
• Handle general administrative duties to support office operations
• Attend to injured or sick students according to School's Standard Operating Procedure
• Attends to students and parents enquiries whether from walk-ins or through phone calls

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant admin experience
