Job DescriptionAs a Teacher/Teaching Assistant at the SOC(SP), you will play a pivotal role in delivering our phonics program to young learners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Able to work on every Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
Teaching Excellence: Implement our phonics curriculum effectively to ensure students develop essential literacy skills while fostering a love for learning.- Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to continuously enhance your teaching skills and adapt to our dynamic approach.
Materials and Resources: Utilise a wide array of teaching tools and materials provided by the school to engage and enrich the learning experience for students.
- Student Engagement: Create an inclusive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and exploration.
Progress Monitoring: Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents to ensure they are well-informed about their child's development.- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and management to contribute to an authentic, empathetic and loving environment where everyone gets to maximise their potential.
