Support the main classroom teachers in the implementation of daily programs to facilitate learning of children
Conduct daily routine care and related duties
Assist in preparing and implementing the programs for children
Assist with planning, share ideas and exchange feedback with the entire team once a month, adhoc basis and as required
Prepare age and developmentally appropriate teaching aids
Evaluate and maintain records of children's development
To render basic first aid as and when necessary
Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom
Use positive discipline techniques at all times
Maintain and build relationships with children and parents
Being part of the team, you will participate in parents and community engagement activities
Require to teach when needed
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education or relevant
Knowledge in educational development
Passionate about nurturing a love for learning and in making a difference in the lives of children
Creative and inspiring with loving energy
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work well independently as well as within a team
Be familiar with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals
