Job Description

Location: Macpherson
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm & Alternate Sat, 8.30am to 12.30pm
Salary: Up to $4,500

Job description:
. Oversee the productivity and ensure efficiency within the Admin Support team.
. Communicate with bank customers and internal production team on a daily basis.
. Prepare reports on card statuses and inventory levels to the banks as well as monthly billing reports.
. Attend monthly service level meetings with the banks and participate in project meetings with bank representatives.
. Engage in negotiation discussions with the banks.

Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma
. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in admin support or customer service required
. Relevant experience in leading a team would be advantageous
