Team Lead / Senior / Recruitment Consultant [Town]

Role

• Lead all recruitment activities from sourcing, process management and post offer consultative services to talents/ organizations
• Identifying new business opportunities and established relationship with potential clients
• Become an expert in current market/ industry trends and job functions
• Provide professional advice/information to both clients and candidates on the latest market and industries trends

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline with work experience preferably in the recruitment industry/ sales and business development professional
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experiences preferred
• Experienced recruiter/ candidate will be considered for Senior/Lead role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and adaptable, ability to think outside the box
• People oriented
• Ability to thrive within a high-performance environment
