Work on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising deals in all stages of execution and with a regional focus on Southeast Asia and Greater China
Produce and analyse financial models, valuation assessments, financial due diligence reports and transaction documents such as information memoranda and board papers
Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals, market research, client workshops, industry & company profiles
Effectively project manage the entire transaction cycle covering data and client preparation, due diligence, transaction support and to facilitate any tasks as necessary to progress the transaction
Work closely with our clients to support them in their negotiations throughout the transaction cycle, maintaining strong client relationships before, during and after engagements
Requirements
Possess more than 3 years of relevant experience in M&A, capital raising, transaction services, valuation or other advisory services.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
Proven quantitative skills with the ability to analyze financial statements and build financial models in Excel
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Culturally adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
Prior corporate advisory experience (M&A specifically) is a plus
