Team Leader - Host/Hostess (Cantonese Restaurant)

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Host/Hostess is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants, manages the inventory of the outlet, and assists the service staff whenever necessary.

Your Profile

. Ideally with a relevant Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

. Minimum 2 year work experience in hotel operations or Chinese Restaurant preferred.

. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

. Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking guests.
