Infrastructure Engineer

. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking Infrastructure environment.

. Monitor the health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes.

. Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades.

. Timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation.

. Great knowledge in handling incident, change management process.

. Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux, Windows environment.

. Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs.

. Good knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies.

. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

. Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

. Availability to resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours.

. 24/7 support required to handle BAU Operations.
