• Preparation / administrative work
• Collecting required information for raising of Tech refresh request and submitting to Agency requester for Raising
• Scheduling of tech refresh appointment with users
• Work with the team to prep the machine for imaging (Configure Static Host/Configuring Staging VLAN)
  Progress updates
• Proper tracking of assets and sign off
• GFE-PC imaging
• Data migration
• Deployment
• Secure-wipe of old devices
• Collection of old devices and return
