Technical Adviser (Marine Pollution) Singapore based with extensive worldwide travel

The Role

This role involves attending on site at oil and chemical spills globally, deliveringadvice to international governments and other parties. You will be assessingclaims forcompensation, undertaking regularpresentationsand runningworkshops as part of our preparedness and education work.

Skills and Experience

A key requirement of this role is a higher degree in science, engineering or arelateddiscipline, strong written and oral presentationskillsand excellentinterpersonal skills; aswell as availability to travel at emergency short notice.Relevant practical experience in a scientific/ technical role is important andpollution control experience is a distinct advantage, as is fluency in a secondlanguage to English, preferably Mandarin, but also of interest would be Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese or Korean.
