Job Requirements
At least 5-7 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within IT or technology-focused environments.
Proven experience in supporting communication efforts for large-scale projects or within a PMO.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies to support change management initiatives.
Good background in creating various communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
Experience working closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent communication.
Proficiency with communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms.
Experience in creating visual aids, such as charts, graphs, and infographics, to convey complex information effectively.
Proven ability to gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and implement continuous improvements in communication practices.
Experience providing communication support for strategic IT initiatives, such as system upgrades, data classification projects, or security enhancements.
