We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics Commerce to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the Dynamics 365 Commerce platform, supporting our clients in their digital transformation journey. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to deliver seamless commerce solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation:Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Commerce modules to meet client requirements.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications such as ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and retail systems.
Develop workflows, plugins, APIs, and custom components.
- Technical Consultancy & Client Engagement:Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical leadership and recommendations on best practices for Dynamics 365 Commerce deployment.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Development & Support:Configure and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail) modules such as POS, e-commerce, and inventory.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality coding standards.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues within SLAs.
- Performance Optimization & Testing:Perform system performance tuning and ensure high availability.
Conduct unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (or AX Retail).
Strong knowledge of POS systems, e-commerce, and retail business processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Azure services, and APIs.
Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft solutions (e.g., Dynamics Finance & Operations, Power BI).
Familiarity with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript for custom development.
Hands-on experience in configuration, workflows, and data migrations.
Knowledge of cloud-based architecture and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
