Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure vessel certificates are up-to-date and maintain e-documents within the system.
Assist the Technical Superintendent or Manager in the preparation, monitoring, and control of repair and maintenance budgets for the fleet.
Support the Technical Superintendent/Manager with the quotation and requisition processes for services and stores.
Contribute to the creation of technical specifications for dockings and related operations.
Review and follow up on Planned Maintenance System (PMS) reports from vessels.
Oversee the tracking and submission of month-end reports from vessels.
Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Technical Superintendent/Manager.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/ITE in Marine Engineering or a relevant field (preference for Maritime or engineering majors).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Able to work independently.
Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
Effective team player.
