Technical Coordinator (Marine)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure vessel certificates are up-to-date and maintain e-documents within the system.
• Assist the Technical Superintendent or Manager in the preparation, monitoring, and control of repair and maintenance budgets for the fleet.
• Support the Technical Superintendent/Manager with the quotation and requisition processes for services and stores.
• Contribute to the creation of technical specifications for dockings and related operations.
• Review and follow up on Planned Maintenance System (PMS) reports from vessels.
• Oversee the tracking and submission of month-end reports from vessels.
• Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Technical Superintendent/Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE in Marine Engineering or a relevant field (preference for Maritime or engineering majors).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Effective team player.
