Supports the construction team for all design matters.
Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
Works closely with the Consultants on the designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
Understands and familiar with Authority approval/clearance of works including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
Manages design approval process and coordinates with the Clients and Consultants in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
Ensures strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties.
Prepares shopdrawings with in-house BIM team and obtains approval in advance to site installation dates.
Raises queries to Client or handles Client's clarification on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works.
Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to KTC management, project team and Client as and when required.
Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM, etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome.
Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned.
Attends Technical Meetings, Coordination Meeting, Site Meetings, etc as and when required.
