Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure that all types of routine and ad hoc repair works undertaken by the term contractors are carried out according to the Contract.
  • Enforce all vendors onsite (in-house or tenant's vendors) to adhere to the property's house rules and safety's regulations.
  • Review and approve Permit to Work submission by contractor or event organiser.
  • Verify and validate payments/quotations and recommendations submitted by the vendors.
  • Verify service report for invoices processing and payment.
  • Prepare cost estimates, work specifications, invite quotations, recommendations of award for various repairs and maintenance work.
  • Work with tenants, vet and submit recommendations on their fitting-out works, where appropriate.
  • Collate and maintain all utilities and data of the property.
  • Assist Building Manager in the preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the property.
  • Assist on the handover/takeover of tenanted units and event spaces with photo report.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by Building Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in the facilities management industry
  • Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
  • Hardworking and able to multi-task
  • Have good documentation practice
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
