Conduct regular inspections to co-locate areas/systems with refresh requirements and propose refresh plans for identified areas/systems.
Conduct periodic engagement with building users to collate user request and feedback relating to office and facility refreshes.
Manage and supervise on work status, quality, and quantity of all improvement and replacement works and maintenance works.
Monitor and report to the Management on status and performance carried out by the respective personnel/team, strategy, adjustments, progress, budget utilisation, etc.
Liaison and coordinate with all vendors/contractors/multidisciplinary team/suppliers engaged by the Authority for refresh work.
Liaise and coordinate with local Authorities on periodic audits required under prevailing local regulations, including all necessary consultation sessions with various Authorities and Statutory boards. Assist the Authority with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.
Requirements
Recognised Higher NITEC/Diploma or any Professional Certification in Project Management, FM, Building Services, or related discipline (individuals with sufficient working experience will also be considered).
Recognised and valid accreditation in Project Management.
Min 3 years of relevant working experience
Possess good communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools and data analytical skills
