- Salary: Basic up to $3,800
Job Description:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective M&E maintenance strategies to ensure the seamless operation of services.
- Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are consistently met.
- Supervise a team of in-house Technicians, including schedule management, to handle daily building M&E services and oversee contractors for Soft Services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and security.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, helping resolve site issues, addressing faults, and escalating major concerns to management as needed.
- Oversee subcontractors managing fit-out and reinstatement for A&A (Addition & Alteration) works, ensuring compliance with authority and building regulations. Manage minor A&A projects, covering M&E repairs and facility-related replacements.
- Administer service or term contracts, including performing cost comparisons and handling negotiations for contract renewals or replacements related to building M&E services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and key stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and engagement.
