AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to be based in Singapore to help shape the future of our Data Centers. This team focuses on driving operational excellence and optimization for our data center planners/infra program managers.
As a Delivery Ops TIPM, you will drive programs to triage incoming server and network demands at our Data Centers in the APAC region. You will improve infrastructure utilization as well as availability.
Key job responsibilities
- Triage weekly unfulfilled demands for network and server requests
- Deep dive into root causes for unfulfilled demands
- Escalate to relevant stakeholders for resolution
- Own key leadership metrics such as DC Position Availability, Reliability and Resolution Time

Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, typically Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of Operations/Supply Chain experience, e.g., procurement, operations management, logistics, process improvement, operations, finance
- Experience in conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of SQL
- 3+ years of Supply Chain/Operations experience
- Familiar with Data Center Infrastructure Deployment
