About the role
Reporting to the Head of Vertical ASPAC for Luxury Fashion vertical, this role will assist in managing accounts in the luxury fashion sector while also running analyses for reporting purposes. This client-facing role will work with our ASPAC entities to ensure the highest level of service is being delivered to our customers in the luxury fashion sector.
What you will be doing
- Account Management
Monitor daily transactional activities and proactively work with various entities to ensure that our service meets customers expectations
Rectify service, communication, coordination and operational lapses and account management related subjects
Identify, articulate and propose service improvements
Work with entities for focus and alignment of efforts & deliverables to support and strengthen objectives for the accounts
Identify and report on new opportunities for business growth and likewise business threats
- Reporting
Collate, update & maintain Account Dashboard for review / reporting
Prepare monthly / quarterly business reports and participate in the meetings
Review and communicate on customer KPIs and expectations
- SOPs, Implementation & Account Initiatives
Work with entities to articulate and deploy account initiatives & SOP
Deploy account objectives & best practices across ASPAC
Requirements
The successful candidate
Essential
Minimum 5 years working experience with a freight forwarder in an Operations / Customer Service role or as a Logistics Lead in a Consignor / Consignee organization
Operational experience / knowledge in air freight, sea freight, customs brokerage & supply chain
Attained at least tertiary education
Excellent communicator
Experience managing projects
Desirable
Account Management experience and/or experience in fashion industry would be an advantage
Team-player
Working knowledge of Tableau/ dashboarding tools will be a plus
Detail oriented
Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
