We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead to oversee the development and implementation of an AI-powered platform. Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership:
- Lead the engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance, promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Ensure the platform's scalability, security, and reliability, with a focus on data privacy.
- Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical roadmap and manage development priorities.
- Product Development:
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to integrate AI features seamlessly.
- Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Innovation & Problem Solving:
- Solve complex technical challenges creatively, improving platform performance and user experience.
- Keep up with advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) to drive innovation.
- Explore new technologies to boost the platform's efficiency and capability.
- Team Management:
- Manage and coordinate the engineering team to meet deadlines and align with business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support individual development plans.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with senior leaders to ensure alignment between technical strategies and business objectives.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external vendors to integrate third-party technologies as needed.
Qualifications:- Experience:
- 5-8 years in software development, focusing on AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- At least 3 years in a tech lead or similar leadership role, managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI models, voice processing, LLMs, and relevant technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong background in Agile, DevOps, and modern software practices.
- Expertise in building secure, scalable platforms with a focus on data privacy.
