Technical Lead (Front-End)

Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and experienced Technical Lead in C# .NET Developmentto contribute to enterprise software development, working on challenging projects that require your expertise in Microsoft technologies.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering and / or Computer Science;
• At least 5 years plus of professional experience in C# .NETDevelopment;
• Proficient in using presentation frameworks such as WPF and ASP. Net;
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and hands-on experience with SQL, particularly MS SQL;
• Skilled in using Git with a solid grasp of Git workflows;
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and familiarity with productivity tools like Jira and Confluence;
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of both independent work and effective collaboration;
• Good communication and presentation skills are required.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience working withDevOps tools suchJenkins and Kubernetes;
• Certified .NET Developer.

Responsibilities

• Involved in Software Development, maintenance and support of custom-built software application;
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation using Jira and Confluence to ensure clear communication;
• Leadand coach software engineers in a supportive and transparent team environment;
• Gather requirements from the business users and translate them into technical specifications;
• Responsible for developing technical specifications, coding, implementation, integration, documentation and user guide;
• Work closely with co-developers, testers and business users to develop and improve operations processes and procedures;
• Conduct unit testing on software deliverables and provide the relevant assistance during product test, integration test and user acceptance test;
• Participate in evaluation technical risks and perform impact analysis to ensure effort estimate is accurate;
• Maintain all technical standards and ensure adherence at all times for best practices, frameworks, software coding standards / guidelines;
• Involved in application support and provide effective solutions for UAT and SIT;
• Work with regional teams (remote/onsite), vendors and end-users to implement solutions;
• Provide recommendations to achieve better system performance and efficiency.
