ONSITE JOB PROFILE

1. Assist Customer in providing design solutions for Oil and Gas Retrievable bridge plugs and its Accessories in following activity

a. Concept Design

b. Detail Design, Analysis of components, Selection of materials

c. Stack up analysis

d. Raw material selection

e. DFM, DFA, FMEA, Test layout, Check layout

f. Assembly procedure, Test procedure

g. Value analysis and Value engineering

2. Compliance product per API (American petroleum institute) specifications

3. Prepare drawing, Bill of material

4. Engineering change notice activity

REQUIRMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB DUTIES

a) Bachelor of Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B. Tech: equivalent to BS/ Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering.

b) Knowledge of SolidWorks.

c) Experience in SAP, Brava, Auto program, M S Office

d) Desire for continuous education and training effort.

e) Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within engineering organization.
