Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for perform as the team lead on project delivery in development, integration, testing and deployment of ServiceNow solution for our clients across various platform workflows :

  • Workflow for IT Technology: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and AIOps
  • Workflow for Employees and Customers: HRSD, LSD, CSM, FSM
  • IRM/GRC, or Integrated Risk Management
  • App Engine and Integration Hub as part of the creator workflow
  • Prepare technical specifications as required deliverables.
  • Provider oversight and unit testing of code along with guiding the project team and client in completing the UAT.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Min 5 - 8 years experiences in proven hands on experience in ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution with client
  • Must have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Hands on experience in development & deployment of ServiceNow or other IT workflow
