Job Description:
- Defining and articulating the technology vision and strategic roadmap for the company
- Leading and managing technical teams, including setting goals, priorities, and deadlines
- Developing and reviewing technical architecture and design plans
- Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to team members.
- Encouraging innovation and exploring new technologies and approaches.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as product management and design.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Developing and growing the technical skills of team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical Engineering, or a related field in energy.
- At least 1015 years of product development experience in at least one of those areas: robotic applications / autonomous systems / new energy systems
- At least 5 years of team leadership role and involvement in defining product architecture
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of the business aspects of related technical domain
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered for senior positions
