TECHNICAL MANAGER (C&S)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities-

. Leader of the technical department to manage design consultant and cross-department coordination.

. Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.

. Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization

. Responsible for acting independently on technical matters about the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.

. Manages the technical department staff including C&S, Architectural, M&E and BIM with assistance of Archi, C&S, M&E Coordination Tean

Requirements-

. At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

. 5 years of working experience in the construction industry (design) or related field.
