- Lead and oversee the CORENET submission process for Architectural Packages/Technical Submissions functioning as a trusted interface for all regulatory work.
- Guide the technical direction of each project, bringing clarity to teams in crafting and refining architectural submission packages for local authorities.
- Ability to guide/implement and coordinate submissions within Revit Architecture, ensuring they meet the rigor required for approval.
- Navigate project submissions with a keen understanding of regulatory standards, building compliance documents that address every detail.
- Maintain strict oversight on document revisions, preserving the quality and consistency of each deliverable.
- Assume responsibility for project areas as needed, steering design elements to align seamlessly with statutory regulations.
- Support Architects, Designers, and Project Leaders in implementing adjustments, harmonizing design packages with Authority feedback and code
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural, Civil, or related Design Discipline
- At least 5 years of prior experience in an Architectural or Professional Engineering Consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Corenet submission the ability to properly perform submissions is crucial
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work with different external stakeholders and key partners
