Technical Officer (Electrical)

Responsible for carrying out maintenance works in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with maintenance strategy, to meet planned schedule requirements.

Responsibilities:

. Attend to work orders allocated by Maintenance Engineers

. Analyse process parameters, alarms and information / drawings to diagnose and trouble shoot equipment problems

. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently

. Perform unit functional test for re-commissioning of overhaul units

. Lead in the repair or replacement defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment

. Assess spare part requirements and raise purchases, record parts and materials used and review tender quotations

. Coordinate logistic arrangement for all maintenance activities

. Maintain a safe and orderly work area by practicing organised housekeeping

. Preparation of weekly activity reports

. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

. Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

. Self-driven, with good working attitude and a good team player
