What this job involves
Handling daily operations
Are you a pro in on-site operations management In this role, youll assist the site managers in providing property management services and planning daily operational activities. Your role will have a focus on the buildings services and youll ensure that health, safety and environmental standards set out by the client/tenants are adhered to.
Likewise, youll be in charge of maintaining the building exterior and interior; as well as performing regular site inspections on all common areasincluding public walkways, external façade and othersand implementing remedial action on any service issues.
Keeping clients satisfied
Enhancing client experience is second nature to us. As the person in charge, youll play a vital role in ensuring that clients are satisfied by providing excellent customer service and meeting their needs. Youll also help build strong working relationships with the tenants by attending meetings as applicable. Furthermore, youll be the main point of contact with local authorities.

Knowledgeable and experienced
An ideal candidate holds a NTC with minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical trades of ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary or market equivalent qualifications in facility management or building services works. Experience and ability in hands on operation in building, M&E services, basic trouble shooting of breakdowns / faults and performing service recovery is a necessity. It will also be great if you are LEW-trained.
Professional and efficient
Are you well-versed in both oral and written communication Can you maintain professionalism and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment Are you a technically-equipped expert with a strong background in conflict resolution If you said yes to all these, then lets work together and unlock your full potential.
