Technical Project Manager [Basic Up to $7.5k | AWS |5 days ]

Salary - ($5,500 - $7,500) + AWS

Job Description:

. Develop project plans, ensure accurate delivery forecasts, pursue new business opportunities, and exceed customer expectations through collaborative efforts.

. Strive to achieve a Customer Net Promoter Score of 4.0 or higher

. Lead architecture reviews with project stakeholders

. Be responsible for technical account management and to provide reporting to customers as required.

. Assist in bid management activities for sales and solutions teams.

. Contribute to productivity and innovation initiatives and programs

. Cultivate a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients.

. Foster strong relationships with technology vendor partners as required.

. Design and architect Network, Infrastructure and Cloud architecture models with a hybrid emphasis.

. Deploy, configure, and maintain Wintel servers (especially HPE/Dell servers), VMware virtualization platform, Microsoft server products, and related security software.

. Manage and configure Cisco switches, firewall devices, Fortigate, and load balancers.

. Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to optimize IT infrastructure.

. Define IT operational or governance standards, tools, and other related best practices.

Job Requirements:

. Be comfortable to be involved in hands-on design, configuration, installation, performance tuning, and POCs.

. Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
