Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, ensure accurate delivery forecasts, pursue new business opportunities, and exceed customer expectations through collaborative efforts.
• Strive to achieve a Customer Net Promoter Score of 4.0 or higher.
• Lead architecture reviews with project stakeholders.
• Be responsible for technical account management and to provide reporting to customers as required.
• Assist in bid management activities for sales and solutions teams.
• Contribute to productivity and innovation initiatives and programs.
• Cultivate a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Foster strong relationships with technology vendor partners as required.
• Design and architect Network, Infrastructure and Cloud architecture models with a hybrid emphasis.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Wintel servers (especially HPE/Dell servers), VMware virtualization platform, Microsoft server products, and related security software.
• Manage and configure Cisco switches, firewall devices, Fortigate, and load balancers.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to optimize IT infrastructure.
• Define IT operational or governance standards, tools, and other related best practices.
• Be comfortable to be involved in hands-on design, configuration, installation, performance tuning, and POCs.
