Job Description- Manage end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate ACP as a great place to work for all candidates.- Gather requirements of the technical roles to be able to have an in depth understanding of the role
Engage in exploratory calls with candidates for a first level of candidate screening for suitability for the role(s)
- Ensuring job postings are made on all suitable recruitment portals
Actively conduct multiple and complex search for suitable candidates- Maintain a pipeline of enthusiastic and qualified candidates
Work with recruitment agencies to source for suitable qualified candidates
- Propose creative sourcing strategies so as to attract more candidates
Arrange for and conduct first round of interviews before providing evaluations and feedback to both internal stakeholders- Recommend or present the short-listed candidates to external stakeholders
Manage or engage short-listed candidates effectively to help them cross the finish line by making them join successfully
At least 3 years of technical recruitment experience, either in-house or agency environment
- Up-to-date knowledge on the latest technology trends
Able to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment while achieving the results of making the number targeted hires within the required timeline- Proven experience with research and sourcing tools (i.e., Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space
Proven ability to communicate efficiently, prioritize tasks and see through tasks on an end-to-end basis
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally as well as externally
