Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (O&G)
- Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer
- Working Location: Redhill
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Thursday 8.30 AM - 6 PM, Friday 8.30 AM - 5 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow key accounts in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with target customers to secure sales.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the customer's operations and objectives.
- Develop and adhere to optimum profit margins and pricing points.
- Monitor assigned accounts - including progress, customer requests, competitor activity, and execution updates.
- Collate forecasts and reports for each key product/service offering assigned.
- Plan and negotiate long-term contracts with key account customers.
- Present and close sales opportunities to executives at major oil companies.
- Continually push company's product/services to existing customers.
- Coordinate site work and discuss technical requirements on-site with customers.
- Review customer requests and provide technical solutions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Has 3 years of working experience in downstream oil and gas/petrochemical industry preferred.
- Prior experience in flange management is advantageous.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Solidworks and AutoCAD is an advantage.
