Portfolio: Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)

Typically, sales professional (individual contributor) with direct sales responsibilities. May direct the work of other entry level sales professionals or manage sales processes and / or accounts involving multiple team members. Majority of time is spent establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:


Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets

Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOL) including distributors, healthcare professionals and Material Management Department (MMD) of hospitals

Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services

Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services

Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities

Collaborate with the CRM Marketing team for market launches, market development plans/strategies and changes as needed

Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing

Work closely and collaborate with assigned Clinical Specialists

On call for services required after hours and/or weekends, as needed

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Must Have:


Bachelors degree required in any discipline

1-2 years sales experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry

Your Profile:


Proven record of sales achievements

Practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques and job area typically obtained through education combined with sales experience; preferably in medical devices industry but also open to pharmaceutical field

Team-player who can also work independently

Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management would be an advantage

Must be comfortable working in a hospital setting

Drivers license with own vehicle would be a plus
