Responsible for maintaining and providing technical service to the dialysis units in the country
Conducts repair & inspection of Reverse Osmosis system.
Liaise with the Technical Service Manager on update of technical activities
Provide technical support to the Clinical Resource Specialist in trials and installations
Working as part of a team with Sales / Clinical services to increase product penetration.
Provide end user training for machine operation and phone support for minor technical issues
Assist customer service with technical clarification of customer orders
Active involvement in acquiring new business and assist maintaining existing ones
Standby duties will be allocated on weekends, Public Holidays and after business hours via rotating basis.
Assist in Reverse Osmosis System installations and upgrades.
