Technical Service Engineer (Medical Non-Imaging Devices)

Our client is a Singapore based Scientific and Medical devices provider with presence in Southeast Asia region. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area easily accessible.

Duties of Technical Service Engineer:

• Provide after-sales technical support for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Offer technical guidance and consultation to customers.
• Address and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely solutions.
• Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum NiTEC in ELectrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 - 3 years experience in servicing Medical Non-Imaging Devices
