Technical Specialist

1) Install and deploy temi's fleet of robots at customers sites

2) Program temi robots for various applications and user experience as required by customers through its web-based fleet management system (no coding required)

3) Conduct training and workshops on the use of temi robots and the use of temi's web-based fleet management system

4) Provide after-sales technical support to customers via whatsapp calls and/or site visits

5) Troubleshoot and resolve temi's hardware/software issues at customers locations

6) Repair, upgrade and maintain temi's fleet of robots

7) Work with company's software engineers to deliver customized solutions to customers

8) Support sales management in demonstrations to customers and at exhibitions
