Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and publish daily technical schedules that ensure rotation of show assignments.
- Ensure that maintenance works are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee and monitor team members during the execution of events and shows.
- Independently programme and operate ONE or more technical equipment and system. during medium to large scale technical rehearsals, events and shows.
- Independently operate TWO additional technical equipment and systems during small to medium scale technical rehearsals, events and shows.
- Maintain and carry out specialist repairs in ONE or more disciplines of equipment and systems as directed by the Technical Management.
- Train team members in daily operation shows, technical equipment and systems, in the areas on equipment operation and handling.
- Assist in identifying training needs.
- Ensure all aspects of RWS safety policies are strictly adhered to by both staff and external vendors.
.Technical equipment and systems include: Staging, Lighting, Sound, Audio-visual, Rigging, Show Control and Automation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma, or WSQ Equivalent in a related discipline.
- With Degree, Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 6-8 years of related industry experience required.
- Without Diploma or WSQ Equivalent: 8-10 years of related industry experience required.
- Related specialization in any area of Staging, Lighting, Sound, Audio-visual, Rigging, Show Control and Automation.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and people management skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
