Position Title: Technical Support Assistant
- Working Location: Pasir Ris
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon Fri,
- 30 am 6.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Overseas Allowances + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Troubleshoot various hotel guestroom appliances such as safes, minibars, kettles, hairdryers, irons, and clocks.- Manage the entire spare parts inventory and improve inventory control processes.
Handle technical issues for local and overseas hotel customers and generate investigation reports.
- Collaborate closely with certification and sales colleagues to address challenges.
Participate in testing, evaluating, and implementing new products.- Visits to overseas customers/distributors to provide technical support.
A diploma or degree in electrical and/or mechanical engineering is advantageous.- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A hands-on, eager-to-learn, and progressive attitude.
