Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Hardware troubleshooting & diagnosing and repairing.
  • Identifying and providing software solutioning.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Providing timely, accurate and satisfactory customer feedback.
  • Providing internal technical support.
  • Possess elementary training skill for customer. (Hardware & Software)
  • Possess elementary Sales skill. (Hardware, Ribbon & Software)

Other Preferred Skills

  • Computer literacy
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associates

Experience, Qualification & Education Requirements

  • Minimum ITE or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in technical support function
