Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul work on heavy vehicles, has diagnostic capability and able to perform major repair on engine and transmission
Ensure high standard of workmanship and minimize turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections to meet workshop's service standards and according to job order.
Notify Team Leader of unusual repair problems which will require major repair and replacement parts recommendation.
Complete work order for each vehicle and unit serviced.
Adhere to defined guidelines in regards to safety, orderliness and etc.
To ensure overall customer satisfaction with Company's Aftersales service
Diligent recording of all info in service report (mileage, parts list, fault codes, etc)
Carry out recall /warranty job as documented by MAN
Ensure 5S compliance
Other functions as required by superior
Requirements:
Academic qualification: At least Higher Nitec in Automotive Technology or equivalent
Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
At least 3 Years and above of experience in performing automotive service repair.
Posses of Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage
