What You'll Do
- Assists service team leader in attending to underground cable and overhead lines faults.
- Assists HV and LV standby officers in faults investigation and restoration of supplies.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by company at work.
- Uses MS Power Apps to perform administrative work.
- Drives Company's vehicle, keep proper records of the vehicle time sheets and upkeep the general condition of the vehicle and tools.
- Interacts with members of public on supply related queries.
- Assists service team leader in carrying out other tasks.
- Any other duty assigned.
What You'll Need
- NITEC in Electrical Engineering
- Able to work 3-shift on rotation for 24/7 operation including public holiday
- Possess a valid class 3 (currently taking class 3 may be considered). Possess a valid Class 4 would be advantageous
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good grasp of using Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment
