Technician

Job Description:

1. Generate and submit client reports accurately & on time.

2. Coordinate with client & internal stakeholders to perform repair work/ installation work.

3. Assist the customer in troubleshooting and replacement of faulty devices.

4. Provide the maintenance service of wireless devices, gateways and equipment.

Requirement:

- Minimum ITE certificate in Electrical Installation

- Min 2yrs experience in electrical wiring work

- Intermediate computer skills and able to use iPad and IT savvy

- Good customer service attitude

- Enjoy working with people from all walks of life
