Job Description

Administrative Functions

  • Upkeep and make records of M&E inventories and stock.
  • Keep proper utilities records, monitor working condition and performance of M&E services.

Maintenance Functions

  • Attend inquiries and complaints.
  • Monitor contractors at work and report performance irregularities to immediate supervisors.
  • Carry out periodic maintenance routine inspections and minor repair/replacements works.
