Technician (M&E)

Job Description:

• Assists Maintenance Executive in daily operation (perform preventive and reactive maintenance)
• Troubleshooting of M&E equipment
• Assists in supervising contractors when they are at work
• Assists in system enhancement, whenever necessary

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NTC 2/3 in Mechanical or Building Services
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Knowledge of air-con, electrical, sound system, and plumbing
• A plumber license is preferred
• Prior experience in Hotels/Clubs will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task in a demanding environment
• Able to work on rotating shifts (including weekends & Public Holidays)
• 5-day work week (7.30 am to 4.30 pm, 3 pm to 12 am)
