Carry out routing daily checklist for critical equipment
Supervise and supervision of regular vendor to carry out preventive maintenance.
Must have knowledge and background of ACMV, chiller, cooling tower and air compressor.
Monitoring of BMS (building monitoring system)
Willing to learn security system such as CCTV and card reader access.
Able to use computer to create power point, excel sheet and Microsoft work and outlook.
First contact to response user request such as power trip, water leak, plumbing and sanitary, provide printer paper deliver, adjust door, light replacement, etc.
To support event set up table, chairs, and PA system.
Self-motivate and self-initiative to troubleshooting to sort out defeat to reinstate with shortest possible time.
Able to manage and record documentation such as material inventory, check list etc.
Carry out emergency generator and fire pump test run, PA system testing by weekly basic.
Able to work flexible working hours with over time if required.
