Job Scope:
Assistant Engineer / Technician (Shift work, open to entry level)
- Conduct on-site servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal product performance.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical issues in line with SLA commitments.
- Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure seamless product deployment.
- Communicate with end-users to gather feedback and address operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify and resolve recurring product issues.
Technical Supervisor (Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience for equipment servicing)
- Conduct on-site servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal product performance.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical issues in line with SLA commitments.
- Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure seamless product deployment.
- Communicate with end-users to gather feedback and address operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify and resolve recurring product issues.
- Perform shift duties to maintain 24/7 support operations.
Job Requirement:
- Nitec in Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering OR relevant Engineering studies
- Role for technician/AE is open to entry level as training will be provided
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience needed for candidate who's interested in supervisor's role
