Technician

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Installing and fixing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
• Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations
• Carry out daily painting work according to procedures and specifications
• Plastering work
• Replacement of fused bulbs, lighting, fluorescent tubes in the club
• Ensuring all air-con chillers are functioning
• Check that the hot water system to the guestrooms is operating normally
• Attend to request from departments for repair, servicing, fixture works, faulty equipment, etc
• Implements preventive maintenance and repair schedule for all machinery, equipment and other facilities
• Carry out in-house maintenance or improvement works as instructed
• Maintain daily housekeeping at workplace
• Maintain working tools and equipment in good condition
• Follow safe work practices in all aspect of work
• Any other duties assigned by the Facilities & Project Manager
