Technician

• Perform model conversion setup and execute productionbuyoff procedure for mass production run, assist in setting up new machine and carrying outrelocation activities if required
• Perform trouble shooting and analysis on productquality issue and work with engineers on corrective/preventive actions
• Carry out preventive maintenance to SMT machines andother automation machines including tooling jig & fixtures.
• Initiate and carry out continuous improvement projectto improve the manufacturing productivity and efficiency of equipment
• Provide control and monitoring of production machinespare part inventory and indirect material inventory
• Ad-hoc assignments as tasked

Experience

• 2 - 3 years experience in production & engineering field
• Good experience in SMT industry or other customized automation machines
• Good technical skill with hands on knowledge in SMT machines

Personal competencies

• Able to read & understand 2D / 3D drawing & electrical circuit diagram
• Good trouble-shooting or diagnostic skills on printed circuit board (PCBA)
• Good knowledge in electro-pneumatics and electro-mechanical systems
